Hard & Soft Landscaping Works for 31 New Build Flats – Appointed by Stack London

The brief

We were appointed by Stack London, the Construction Management contractor responsible for the design and construction of 31 new build flats. Our role was to deliver all Hard & Soft Landscaping works across the development, creating new private and shared amenity spaces for residents.

Scope of Work

Our works included the following:

Private garden landscaping to the Aytoun Road frontages
Hard & Soft Landscaping to the Aytoun Road private rear gardens
Public realm soft landscaping and tree planting across various areas of the development
Hard & Soft Landscaping to the roof terrace amenity space, including new timber planters and benches
Reconstruction of the Norton Children’s Playground, originally built by us in Spring 2015 for SNG (formerly Network Homes). The playground had been demolished to accommodate crane operations during construction of the new flats.

The Norton Children’s Playground, located to the rear of the site, required full reconstruction as part of the project. We had originally built this playground in Spring 2015 for SNG (formerly Network Homes). During the construction of the new build flats, the playground was demolished to accommodate the crane base and crane operations. As part of the new works, we reinstated and upgraded the playground to meet current design and safety standards, restoring this valuable community amenity for local residents.
